In some area’s in Australia, out in the country where there are outside toilets check for snakes.
1. To sharpen scissors, simply cut through sandpaper.
2. A very simple solution to get rid of furniture scratches!
3. Use rubber bands to help open a jar easily: place one around the jar
lid and another around the middle of the glass. The rubber provides
friction to prevent your hands from slipping.
4. To prevent your eyes watering while chopping onions, wipe the chopping
board with white vinegar (which won’t affect the taste of the onions)
5. Store bed sheets inside their pillowcases for easy storage and access
6. Drop a couple of denture cleaning tablets into the
toilet bowl at night to clean off stubborn stains.
But put the Dentures in a convenient glass near by..
There is some really good stuff here. I think the power outlet is a must in every kitchen and the back pack and bike, a great idea if you like to hike, especially in mountainous terrain.

Use Less Water Per Flush – If you Place a 1 – 2 liter bottle filled with either sand or water in your toilet tank you will use less water water per flush.
This is a great suggestion as I often use those perfume strips in our lounge chairs or in the wardrobe and drawers.
Use the perfume sample inserts from magazines as bathroom air fresheners by putting them inside the cardboard toilet paper roll
Leak Finder –Pour a packet of grape Kook-Aid in the tank of your toilet.
If the water in the toilet bowl turns purple without flushing, your toilet is slowly leaking water – and money – down the drain. Installing a new flap or seal usually fixes it.
This is a fantastic idea. Tried it and works well. I don’t know who put this out there but – Good One!
