We usually find ourselves saying, “I do not have enough time for ____ because ____.”
Fill in the first blank with something you desire.
Fill in the second blank with your favorite excuse.
We are so good at coming up with excuses not to do things and completely forget how easy being active and working toward our goals truly is.

While traveling security in hotels is a big concern. There are heaps of fancy expensive gadgets that profess to keep you safe. Not the case.
Here is an item that costs next to nothing and seasoned travelers swear by to keep them safe.
The simple humble ‘Door Stop’.
This rubber wedge is only $3 in most cases. This can be used while staying at any hotel room to stop those unwanted intruders from breaking and entering.
The toughest burglar would find trouble breaking into a hotel room with this wedge under the door where the security chain is just an easy pop of strength to break.
If there was a lone gunman or terrorist attack they typically go room to room and in an event of not being able to open the door they will move on to the rest of the rooms before returning to yours, which will give you escape time and time to call for help
