Earth With The Ground For Good Health

We don’t run around in bare feet enough. We are either in our running shoes or off to work in our work shoes.The benefits of going bare are enormous and we need to do more of it. Earthing with the ground have so many health benefits that we are so not aware of.

I have read about this for years but never passed on the information till I read it on the Dr Axes website who I have great respect for his information. He confirms the information from many health guru’s.

1. If you put a dry tea bag in your pair os shoes that don’t smell too good it will help to absorb that not so nice smell. If you sprinkle baking soda inside the shoe that also is of great benefit to get rid of that smell.

I think that guy had great foresight in my opinion.

The murderous database uses information released by the Metropolitan Police, the Crown Prosecution Service alongside media coverage and court records to show slayings by knife crime, gun crime, bombings and poison, among other causes.

Why Running Shoes Do More Harm Than Good

There has been a lot of opinions on this subject lately and this info-graph is showing you some facts and figures from research that has been done. This is worth looking at if you are considering new running shoes. I have changed my style of running shoe, which is based on running in bare feet. Its not the one with the toes but close. There is a lot less rubber underfoot, the design is very different to what I am used to. I love them and are very comfortable in these shoes, they give me the support I need and my feet after 6 months feel great and I never suffer from sore toes like I did in my previous shoes. I am at the gym or walking or running 5 days a week so they are getting the workout.
