To Vaccinate or Not To Vaccinate It Is Up To You

I for one personally am wary of all vaccinations. Reason being one can never be sure what you are being injected with. Thats just me and I am entitled to that opinion. I recently had a shingles vaccination after being shown by the doctor a graphic picture of s shingles infection on the face and body. No ill affects. A friend of mine had the same injection. Not  a good result. He ended up with inflammation that basically froze his shoulder and eventually his muscles  atrophied. He is in his late 60’s and will probably never regain the same use of that arm and shoulder. If I had known this before I had the vaccination I doubt if I would have taken the risk. Thats just me though. Like him I am very physical in my lifestyle so, no I would definitely not have had the vaccination. What is happening to him is scary to me.

You need to listen to what Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) has to say especially if you are deciding wether or not to vaccinate your children. It may help in your decision.

What Are We Thinking Australia? Your Freedoms are Threatened

Interesting Australia and New Zealand.  I do not approve of violence or prejudice in any way for those who want to live and enjoy the pleasures of our respective countries. For those who don’t live and respect our culture or speak it,  should not be here it is an insult to who we are and those who fought for for those who died for our freedoms.

Most of the population of both our countries will not be aware of what is going on behind our backs so that is why you need to watch this video. The future of your children of this country is in jeapody.

Everyone needs to listen to the video to realize what we will be up against in the future of our countries. BE AWARE!

This of course is my opinion and my right to free speech.

You To Can Live That Life Again

I am always amused how they take just the worst picture they can find of those with weight on, then you get this fabulous picture once they have lost weight. Admittedly they probably felt like that when some one was taking their picture while overweight and of course feeling fantastic once they look like she does.

It is actually a great story.  Jennifer was 190 lbs (about 86 kilo’s) and lost 76lbs which is no mean feat. Jennifer went on an Isagenix challenge and won. I believe the prize is how she now looks in my opinion. She should be very proud of herself and is an example that Isagenix works with great results. Which is also a fact that there is no excuse why you have unwanted weight and because of the ingredients of this product they guarantee that you will be feeling great with more energy and a body that is functioning like a healthy body should.

Daddy’s Home 2 Trashed by Critics – I thought it was funny

Daddy’s Home 2 – Funny, Funny, Funny – Corny but a great belly laugh – In my opinion

I read yesterday that this movie was getting a bad review. Look I have never been a Will Ferrell fan ( don’t know why as I don’t think I have ever seen his movies) I guess he just did not look funny to me.

I have to say he was so funny or even silly in this movie but he was a LOL for me. I thought it was great,  I was not the only one laughing in the theatre thats for sure. I really don’t know how the cast were able to keep a straight face when they were doing some of the scenes. All the cast in my opinion had great chemistry

Anyway if you have not seen it you should go for some entertaining viewing I thought it was hilarious, a little corny but a good laugh (something we all need)

10 out of 10 for me

Travel Cards – Don’t get Stung – Don’t Use Them in my Opinion

I know from experience with these cards and so does my Grandson,  who is in Holland at the moment.

Inactivity fees are number one. If you don’t use your card for some time they charge you inactivity fees. I mean how stupid is that.

Not just one charge  by the look of this statement the charge was every day. Robbery thats what I say.

This person took their eye off the ball as she said. “Time went by, the cards stayed in a bottom drawer and in the end I lost more than €36.00 from one and US$24 from the other in inactivity fees”

“That was back in 2013 when I was using Travelex Cash Passports and the monthly fees were €2 and US$2 after a year of inactivity. Today Travelex has Travel Cards instead, and their inactivity fee is $4 a month after 12 months of no usage. They also have a 2.95 per cent domestic withdrawal fee if you try to get your money out in Australia and a $10 fee to move any money you have left to your own bank account when you close your account”.

In my experience just using your own credit card is the most efficient and quickest card to use.

“You do need to pay attention to what you’re agreeing to, and do the maths on any card purchase fees, loading fees, reloading fees, transaction fees, ATM fees (remembering ‘free ATM’ doesn’t cover what the local ATM operators charge), negative balance fees and closure fees before making any decisions”

For a card with 500 dollars in you can pay up to 30 dollars exchange rate which is a lot. So do your due diligence when choosing a travel card if you have to. Otherwise just use your credit card.

Another word of caution is that my Grandson found it was not always accepted in all place and that can be embarrassing especially if you do not have the cash.

Did You Know – 05/02/2017

1. If you put a dry tea bag in your pair os shoes that don’t smell too good it will help to absorb that not so nice smell. If you sprinkle baking soda inside the shoe that also is of great benefit to get rid of that smell.

2. This is a good suggestion when applying for a job: Your shoes are the first thing people subconsciously notice about you. Make sure your shoes are clean and nice in appearance.

3. Laughter helps to destroy tumor cells and reduce risk of cancer by 25%.
Laughter is a physical reaction in humans and some other species of primate, consisting typically of rhythmical, often audible contractions of the diaphragm and other parts of the respiratory system. It is a response to certain external or internal stimuli.
Wikipedia
Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
Laughter the best medicine

4. Music is one of the few activities in life that involve using the whole brain.
Finnish researchers have developed a groundbreaking new method that allows to study how the brain processes different aspects of music, such as rhythm, tonality and timbre (sound color) in a realistic listening situation. The study is pioneering in that it for the first time reveals how wide networks in the brain, including areas responsible for motor actions, emotions, and creativity, are activated during music listening. The new method helps us understand better the complex dynamics of brain networks and the way music affects us.

5.Thomas Jefferson wrote in an 1816 letter to John Taylor that ‘the banking system of the US Government could potentially destroy ‘all our constitutions’, was already corrupt, was sweeping away in its progress the fortunes and morals of our citizens, would swindle future generations to acquire its funding and that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies’ . I think that guy had great foresight in my opinion.

6.  Interactive ‘Murder Map’ pinpoints all homicide locations in London since 1811

A project, founded by Peter Stubley, aims to create a comprehensive portrayal of homicide in London.

The murderous database uses information released by the Metropolitan Police, the Crown Prosecution Service alongside media coverage and court records to show slayings by knife crime, gun crime, bombings and poison, among other causes.
