There has been a lot of opinions on this subject lately and this info-graph is showing you some facts and figures from research that has been done. This is worth looking at if you are considering new running shoes. I have changed my style of running shoe, which is based on running in bare feet. Its not the one with the toes but close. There is a lot less rubber underfoot, the design is very different to what I am used to. I love them and are very comfortable in these shoes, they give me the support I need and my feet after 6 months feel great and I never suffer from sore toes like I did in my previous shoes. I am at the gym or walking or running 5 days a week so they are getting the workout.
