The Danger of Rare Gene which Causes Resistance To Bacteria

 

Just read this article from the website of Dr Mercola who is  well-respected in the field of medicine. It is well worth the read and I believe everyone should be aware of the dangers of these resistant drugs.

I Will give you an outline of what it is about.

It has been suggested that deaths from antibiotic-resistant disease will reach 10 million per year. Drivers of this disease is antibiotics in agriculture, Hospitals, CRE- (carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae) which produces an enzyme that breaks down antibiotics

Strategies to protect yourself and help prevent the spread of are:-

  1. Infection prevention, with a focus on strengthening your immune system naturally. Avoiding sugars, processed foods and grains, stress reduction, and optimizing your sleep and vitamin D level are foundational for this. Adding in traditionally fermented and cultured foods is also important, as this will help optimize your microbiome.

The Nitric Oxide Dump exercise (below) will also help improve your immune status. Contrary to supplements that boost immune function, which should be taken only as needed, the Nitric Oxide Dump exercise is a preventive method that should ideally be done daily.

2. Limiting your use of antibiotics. Any time your doctor prescribes an antibiotic, ask if it’s absolutely necessary, and keep in mind that antibiotics do not work for viral infections. For example, antibiotics are typically unnecessary for most ear infections, and they do not work on the common cold or flu, both of which are caused by viruses.

3. Avoiding antibiotics in food by purchasing organic or biodynamic grass-fed meats and animal products.

4. Avoiding antibacterial household products such as antibacterial soaps, hand sanitizers and wipes, as these promote antibiotic resistance by allowing the strongest bacteria to survive and thrive in your home.

5. Properly washing your hands with warm water and plain soap, to prevent the spread of bacteria. Be particularly mindful of washing your hands and kitchen surfaces after handling raw meats, as about half of all meat sold in American grocery stores is likely to be contaminated with pathogenic bacteria. Avoid antibiotic soaps that typically have dangerous chemicals like triclosan.

6. Common-sense precautions in the kitchen: Kitchens are notorious breeding grounds for disease-causing bacteria, courtesy of contaminated meat products, including antibiotic-resistant strains of E-coli. To avoid cross-contamination between foods in your kitchen, adhere to the following recommendations:

  • Use a designated cutting board, preferably wood, not plastic, for raw meat and poultry, and never use this board for other food preparation, such as cutting up vegetables. Color coding your cutting boards is a simple way to distinguish between them
  • To sanitize your cutting board, use hot water and detergent. Simply wiping it off with a rag will not destroy the bacteria
  • For an inexpensive, safe and effective kitchen counter and cutting board sanitizer, use 3 percent hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Keep each liquid in a separate spray bottle, and then spray the surface with one, followed by the other, and wipe off
  • Coconut oil can also be used to clean, treat and sanitize your wooden cutting boards. It’s loaded with lauric acid that has potent antimicrobial actions. The fats will also help condition the wood

These recommendation come from Dr Mercola’s article.That is why I recommend you read it as it could save you and your family’s life.

My recommendation is   Precaution of the water you drink 💦 – Antibiotic residue can be found in the water you drink. The  Kangen water machine will filter and enhance the quality of the water  to strengthen your immune system. I personally have experienced this.

Poem From The Heart – Drugs

I saw this on Facebook and really felt the need to share it. I have NEVER seen a more perfect poem, written in the saddest way. 

“I destroy homes, tear families… apart – take your children, and that’s just the start.
I’m more costly than diamonds, more costly than gold – the sorrow I bring is a sight to behold.
And if you need me, remember I’m easily found.
I live all around you, in schools and in town.
I live with the rich, I live with the poor, I live down the street, and maybe next door.
My power is awesome – try me you’ll see.
But if you do, you may never break free.
Just try me once and I might let you go, but try me twice, and I’ll own your soul.
When I possess you, you’ll steal and you’ll lie.
You’ll do what you have to just to get high.
The crimes you’ll commit, for my narcotic charms, will be worth the pleasure you’ll feel in your arms.
You’ll lie to your mother; you’ll steal from your dad.

2. There are fences around London that are made from WWII medical stretchers. During the war Great Britain tore down fences and used the metal for the war effort then recycled the stretchers back into fences when the war ended. These fences still have the curved hand holders.

5.  Plants know then they are being eaten. There are certain plants like nasturtiums  that emit toxins as a defense mechanism in response to the sounds of a caterpillars chewing – even when the sound is played as a recording . Who knows this discovery may someday help reduce the use of man-made pesticides.

4.  Hold hands to feel better – Partners of women in labour have normally held their hand during this process. There is now scientific proof that holding your lovers hand helps reduce the pain that they are feeling. It is to do with “interpersonal synchronization” where partners heartbeats and breathing synch during shared activities. A US study of 22 couples found that just sitting next to each other led to a physiological synch-up, but that stopped when pain appeared. If they touched hands though, the couples breathing and heart rates aligned again, and the pain reduced. 

 

 

5. Apparently according to research from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson school of management in the US found that those who performed tasks in a messy environment were 28% more creative than those who did so in a tidy room

  1. Judean Date Palm was miraculously brought back to life following the chance discovery of seeds in the 2,000-year-old ruins of Masada, the male date palm tree named Methuselah, the only one of his kind, has become a father.

For thousands of years, the date palm was a staple crop in the Kingdom of Judea, as it was a source of food, shelter and shade.  Thick forests of the palms towering up to 80 feet and spreading for 7 miles covered the Jordan River valley from the Sea of Galilee in the north to the shores of the Dead Sea in the south.

Moderation is important. Stress on the body produces large amounts of free radicals that causes stress like sore or strained muscles. 4. Water the giver of life – Our bodies are composed of nearly 90 percent waters using pure water for drinking and bathing is essential to our health. More than 700 pollutants most of them carcinogens often found in drinking water from municipal sources and rural wells. The exposure to our skin is significant and goes unrecognized as a health threat . Filtered water is the safest way to go. It can be a little pricy but it is the only way to give your family the highest quality water.

5. I know it’s almost winter here in the States but it will be summer sometime somewhere and there will be bugs and mosquitos. Now as you know repellents contain dangerous chemicals. It has been shown that prescription drugs in you system can combine with other compounds such as what you put on your skin and can cause brain cell death and other neurotic reactions including seizures. A natural substance which I use daily in my oil burner (it is also called Indian oil of verbena) is a great choice to keep the bugs away. You will find it at your health food store.

Number one: Because of what we spray on food it destroys the magnesium in our body.
