EXPOSED: Common Types Of Toxic Water That Might Be Killing you💦

This is a very interesting article, especially if you find you have a health problem that you really cannot understand why or how. Look at water that you are drinking. The water that you are consuming may be your problem. Try changing you supply of water and see if it makes any difference to your health.

It could be many things like depression –  (you don’t know why you feel this way).  Stomach ache – done tests and find no problem.  Headaches – find no results in tests why you are having headaches. The list can go on and on.

Once again look at the water you are drinking.

You could call this a sales pitch I guess but I am such a believer in the K8 Kangen water machine that I believe it should be on your Christmas list or at least your New Year list to improve your health. I do not promote anything unless  I have tried it and I have had my machine for over a year now and I cannot recommend it enough.

The water streaming from the water fountain isn’t as safe as we believed when we were children: it could be cutting days from our lives. In fact, there are countless compounds (1) that are present in toxic water wells all over the world. The problem isn’t isolated to developing countries. The tragedy in Flint, Michigan proved that we need to re-examine the water we are drinking right here at home.

The human body is composed of nearly 75% water, so it is vital to find out what exactly you are putting into your body and how it affects your health. HFR has compiled a list of the most common contaminants that are present in the drinking water in America. Keep reading below to find out what invisible contaminants may be lingering in your faucet:

Dioxins

Cancer-causing agents that have recently been reported in high levels within nearly 30 water wells in Harris County. (2) These compounds are detrimental to human health (3) because they cause reproductive and developmental problems because they target the immune system, keeping your body from being able to heal properly.

Fluoride

Our water, toothpaste, and mouth rinses have been fluoridated for decades, and because it is believed to prevent tooth decay, does not relinquish the harm it causes to your body and brain. A study (4) conducted at Harvard’s School of Public Health not only concludes that fluoridated water lowers children’s IQ, but it also greatly hinders neurological development.

Fluoride proponents have justified its use for years because of ‘oral health benefits,’ but the tax it is taking on your brain is not worth it! There is also research (5) stating that there was actually a decrease in dental decay after fluoride was removed from water in East Germany, so why is this poison still being added to drinking water all over the world? There is even a link to increased bone tumors, or osteosarcomas, that were present after fluoridated water was introduced to a population of rats.

Hormones

Hormones, such as estrogen, are coming out of your tap every time you get a glass of water. This is an issue because it is beginning to impact aquatic life (6) by disrupting the male-to-female ratio in fish. An overdose of these hormones has also created an influx of intersex fish, which are a combination of the male and female genders. Just imagine what it could be doing to you! These chemical compounds become present in the water when people flush or pour their medications down the drain, or even dispose of them in the trash where they are burned in landfills. If you have unused medication you can properly dispose or return them at a location near you. (7)

E. Coli (0157:H7)

There are many reports of E. Coli and other bacteria present in not only drinking water but even at the beach! If your area has an E. Coli outbreak, adults are still advised to shower, as long as no water is swallowed. It is also recommended to use boiled or bottled water to brush your teeth. You can also boil water for 1-3 minutes (depending on elevation level) allow to cool, cover tightly, and refrigerate to store safely. E. Coli contamination has even led to death in some and created gastrointestinal issues in many others. If you live in the United States and would like to know if your local water wells have been contaminated, you can contact state certification officers at this website. (8)

Flesh-Eating Bacteria

A terrible outbreak of flesh-eating bacteria has gripped the Southern coast of the United States. Flesh-eating bacteria, or vibriosis, are present in beaches that come in contact with the Gulf of Mexico. If you have open wounds, it is heavily advised to stay out of waters that could be contaminated with this deadly bacteria. It can also be contracted from eating contaminated raw seafood.

If you believe you may have been exposed, it is best to act promptly by contacting paramedics immediately, as these deadly toxins spread rapidly, leaving dying tissues behind. You can monitor recent outbreaks that have been in America(9) and in Northwest Spain(10), so be cautious if you are visiting Galicia, Spain, or Florida, Texas, and Louisiana in the U.S. this summer!

Heavy Metals

There are dozens of toxins that are present in our sinks, showers, and water fountains, but who would have guessed that there are even heavy metals that are floating around completely invisible to the naked eye? The best way to prevent these contaminants from making their way into your body when cooking, showering or drinking the tap water (which we do not recommend) is to choose cold over hot water since lower amounts of lead are present, and opt for filtered, purified, or distilled water.

Remember that not all bottled water is safer than tap water! Here is a list (11) of the worst 35 contaminants, *internal scream* with a summary of how they are slowly killing you. Follow these helpful tips (12) to naturally detox your body and brain if you already have been exposed to a toxic level of heavy metals.

Day 5 – 22 Pushups – 22 Days – Awareness for PTSD

Day 5 of 22 Pushups – 22 Days – Awareness for PTSD.

Today I volunteered At ‘Helping Hand Food Bank’ in Richmond Texas. This great charity feeds many people each week who are struggling. All of the food is donated generously by the large grocery companies like Walmart, Sam’s, and HEB. I only work there once a week which was my day 5 of my pushups so had my friend June video my pushups in the Aisle of warehouse. Thank you June.

The reason for 22 days and 22 pushups is the recognition and awareness of proven statistical evidence that there are at least 22 veterans commit suicide each day in the United States Of America and a growing number in Australia. There has been 274 suicides in Australia since 1999.

For most of us, we can not comprehend the trauma that they experience and how tolerant and supportive we must be for those who fight for our freedoms. It is not only tragic for our vets it is certainly heartbreaking for the families of these young men and women.

Today I nominate my friend Thor Koschel to take the challenge.

No pressure . If you can great, if not that’s ok too.

But once you accept, you start tomorrow. The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days starts the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push ups, try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted push ups (from your knees) or you have to stop and take a break, that is fine but try and get them all done in one video.
* Every day the push-ups must be in a different location.
* Every day you just nominate a different person.
* And finally have fun with this!

This a great way to have fun and let these courageous Men and Women who put their life on the line know that someone is thinking about them.

You can make donations to assist in the rehabilitation of our veterans with PTSD on the website of ‘Getheadstrong.org

Feeling Down In The Dumps – 7 Foods to lift that Mood

avocado-on-a-wooden-table

  • Avocado – One of my very favorite foods. I have at least 1 to 1/2 an avocado a day. It helps protect the heart, aids with digestion and is also a natural hormone balancer. It ensures your brain is making the right chemicals to feel great. So pop some on your toast in the morning it might help with road rage on the way to work as in most places the traffic is crazy

unknown

  • Grapes – Great take along snack. They are packed with anti Oxidants.  Flavonoids being one of them which has been found to affect moods in a positive way. Great also for kids lunches and yours.

oysters_hres

  • Oysters – Best known as an aphrodisiac which would make most happy. With oysters of course its all about the benefits from Zinc and anti – inflammarory properties. Zinc is known as a pick me up which most of us lack, but oysters also have a good supply of selenium which helps protect us from stress. So eat up the oysters when you can.

unknown-1

  • Raw nuts – Also another form of take along snack.  Full of serotonin, a feel-good chemical which is much needed when you’re depressed. I love almonds and Brazil, macadamia’s and cashews, of course beware of how many you eat because they are full of fat and calories. Small handful is enough. If you are eating them in the car on the way to work I suggest you take a toothbrush as they are inclined to stick around your teeth. Just saying because there  is nothing worse than trying to have a conversation with someone with nuts around their teeth.

  •  Salmon – Natural wild caught Salmon is what I am having for dinner tonight. Love it. Great for your brain health and moods. It’s a lean protein that contains double your recommended value of vitamin B12. B12 is crucial for  combatting depression.  Salmon also packs a punch of mood-stabilizing essential fatty acids. The good fats are essential for the functioning of a healthy brain.

unknown-2

  • Sesame seeds – This ancient crop has been keeping happy levels up for thousands of years. Its benefits stem from tyrosine. This amino acid boosts the brain’s dopamine levels. I love it in my salad and also sprinkled on my toast in the morning on top of the avocado. Very yummy I might add.

strawberry1

  •  Strawberries – Another mood saving breakfast, for me anyway not on toast but great with Yogurt or in a yogurt drink blended. Rich in an array of vitamins and nutrients like vitamins A and C and manganese. Rich in an array of vitamins and nutrients like vitamins A and C and manganese. Who doesn’t like strawberries, no one I expect. Kids normally love them  and its a great lunch snack for them.

Meridians – Science Now Recognizes that They Do Exist.

Meridians3

Meridians ? Well you may ask. They are the vibrational energy that flows through your body.

Your health revolves around this energy.  Your health revolves around balanced energy. It affects your digestion, breathe, thinking and your emotions.

If your meridians are not producing balanced energy then that is when illness of some form can develop. This vital life force or chi, is composed of two kinds of forces, yin and yang. (I am sure most of us have heard of these terms).

The healing traditions from China, India, Japan and Tibet, as well as other countries all spoke of energy channels, meridians or nadis along which the vital energy flowed.

“The current Korean researchers now believe the primo-vascular system is in fact the physical component of the Acupuncture Meridian System. And it has also been suggested that this system is involved in channelling the flow of energy and information relayed by biophotons (electromagnetic waves of light) and DNA.”

Balance is paramount. Just enough food, water and a healthy balanced lifestyle. As the Buddha said: “middle way” or moderation in all things.

This whole article on Meridians are a must read especially if you want perfect health or at least wondering why you have a symptom of imbalance may it be said, depression, unable to lose weight and keep it off, injuries that will not heal, vertigo, memory problems, all of which are caused by a body imbalance. The remedies may be Acupressure, Acupuncture, Massage technique of Shiatsu, Yoga, Qigong,Tai Chi. Any of these will help clear blockage in the energy flow that creates a disease

The website – upliftconnect.com has an amazing in-depth interesting article on this subject.
