I’d like to share something with you…..💦

This is actually my husband talking (or writing) who, incidentally has lost 60lbs in weight by consciously drinking this water and keeping up his hydration and of course health. He has done this in 6 months. Pretty amazing I would say. He explains in a simple way how this water develops and changes your health.

Every day, several times a day, when I turn on this marvelous machine from Japan I hear a little voice say “Kangen Water 9.5,” and my body instantly feels supported.

As the machine begins its filtration cycle, it draws up ordinary tap water and transforms it into something absolutely amazing! Then, as if by magic, it promptly delivers filtered, fresh, cool and delicious, ionized alkaline drinking water.

Peering into the glass, the first thing I notice is the milky cloud. This is how I know my machine is working optimally. The cloud is formed from super-charged, tiny bubbles of hydrogen gas (H2), which is one of the key components to this fantasticwater.

This is a huge part of what gives Kangen Water® its amazing health benefits so, go on and Drink the Cloud, quickly before it dissipates!

Ahh.. that’s the stuff!

Benefits of Bubbles

The tiny H2 (molecular hydrogen) bubbles you see in a glass of Kangen Water are generated during the process of electrolysis in the Enagic® water ionizing machine. The potential of Hydrogen or pH is the measure of hydrogen-ion concentration present, which affects alkalinity.

Hydrogen-rich Kangen Water is known for its immeasurable health benefits because of its incredible alkalinity, so the more bubbles that get into your system, the more benefits!

Tiny Bubbles in Kangen Water

But how do the bubbles work?

Hydrogen gas is a free radical scavenger – in other words, it’s a powerful antioxidant! The H2 bubbles may be extremely tiny, but they pack a punch in that they are capable of neutralizing even the most damaging, reactive, free-radicals in your body. In fact, the smaller the better!

Research has found that H2 “can be used as an effective antioxidant therapy; owing to its ability to rapidly diffuse across membranes”

If you’re looking for a safe, effective antioxidant to keep your body healthy on a cellular level, visit my websiteand then give me a call! I would love to enlighten you and share my experience with you.

There is so much more to this then just the best water on the planet… Ask me about True Health and start your attainable journey to a achieving not only a Healthy Body, but also a Healthy Mind and the Freedom that True Prosperity can afford you! You can fully enjoy the finer things in life, all you have to do is ask.

YES! You can have it all and eat your cake too ;-) Until we meet up again…

Cheers to your Health!

The Movement Of Qi And Its Association With Sleep Cycle

woman-sleeping

More often than not, we are told to swallow some pills if there is something wrong in our bodies, but that does not necessarily fix it; as there may be a deeper, more psychological issue that is manifested into the physical ills we have.

Traditional Chinese Medicine And Qi
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) says that your body runs on a clock with energy highways or meridians called ‘Qi’, which also run everywhere on Earth. The Qi in our bodies transport and keep vitals such as, blood, adrenaline, and other fluids in constant circulation, including carrying emotional elements.

So, when your body is well, it means that your body’s Qi is flowing smoothly, but when you are sick or ill, it means that your Qi is being blocked in some parts of your body or is low in circulation overall.

The Movement Of Qi

Qi is said to move every two hours, stopping at different parts of the body each time, till the organ reaches its optimum level, and then it goes to the next stop. However, when one organ reaches its peak, an organ or body part in the opposite side of the body reaches the lowest level, to balance the act.

The Transfer Of Energy – Yin and Yang

Likewise, when ‘Qi’ passes through, what takes place during those two hours is, Yin – getting energy and Yang – releasing energy. Yes, this is one of the many meanings of Yin-Yang, that black and white circular symbol you so often see.

What Your Sleep Interruption Time Tells You

Based on the above information, the time at which your sleep gets interrupted can predict the probable ailment your body has. They are mentioned below:

Between 11 pm To 1 am

Organ Affected And Association

Gall bladder issues. It is usually associated with being let down or disappointment.

Solution

Need to work on accepting and forgiving yourself, life and others.

Between 1 am To 3 am

Organ Affected And Association

Liver problems. It is associated with anger or having grudges.

Solution

Need to drink a lot of cold water and balance your mind.
Accept the situation and channel your anger into something productive.
Between 3 am To 5 am

Organ Affected And Association

Lungs issues. It is related to sadness.

Solution

This means that there is a need for you to let go of these emotions, and reconnect with a more positive side of yourself.
Think of this low mood as a trying reason for you to find a higher purpose in life, and uplift your spirits.
Between 5 am To 7 am

Organ Affected And Association

Large intestine issues. It is associated with emotional blocks such as regret, guilt, lethargy, or being stuck in a constant emotional state.

Solution

Drink enough water.
Do some stretches.
Regulate the times you use the bathroom.
Eventually, set a sleeping routine.
Things are never always what they seem and if we are waking up at odd hours of the night, these could be some reasons for that wake-up call. The key is to interpret and see what these signs mean, try to get to the root of the issue and smoothen the Qi again, beyond just popping a pill to fix everything.

LifeStraw Personal Water Filter

Now this is something that I do not travel without. I use it when I travel around the country on my motor cycle. It saves me buying bottle water everyday which can be very expensive especially if you are traveling for some time. You are able just to fill your drinking bottle with tap water. I took it to Mexico on my last trip and on any trip I do overseas. Camping or hunting is another use for this LifeStraw for using creek or river water. It will go a long way to stop you from getting Deli Belly.
There is also a LifeStraw water bottle which is also a perfect way to carry water for drinking, rather than use the straw directly from a stream, tap, or tumbler if you are hiking.
As you can see below the young girls are giving you a practical demonstration and review of the product.

LifeStraw is an astounding water filtration device. It’s small, highly portable, simple to operate, and possibly life-saving.

Keep one with your camping gear, in the glove compartment of your car, and in your pocket anytime you’re hiking in a remote area.

This would make a great Christmas gift for everyone in the family and especially for those family or friends that have it all and hard to find something a little different.

Did You Know – 07/21/2014

1. Use cupcake cases to cover drinks glasses in the summer and prevent flies from dropping in. I need to do this with my wine glass because you can be sure, if you are outside and you need to go do something when you come back there is a fly in your red wine. They love it.

2. Use bulldog clips to keep stacked bottles in place in the fridge

72

3. Another way to clean a chopping board is to cover liberally with
Kosher salt and leave overnight. Scrape off with a cloth in the
morning to find the salt has absorbed all moisture to leave your board clean and dry.

75

4. This has to be the simplest way to open those annoying blister packs!

5. Use a cut potato to easily remove a broken light bulb

6. Use chalk to remove grease stains from clothes. Simply rub white
chalk on the affected area and wash as normal – the chalk will absorb
the grease and be washed away in the cycle.
