Did you know these 7 poses to make your selfies look fantastic or a least a bit better than normal what ever that is.

I know some that take selfies and they look great at any angle, not me I feel I would look better if I was hanging upside down.

Well apparently there are certain techniques that can improve the look. These techniques will make sure you get the best of what you have hopefully give you great shot.

  1. Eliminate a double chin

Apparently Heidi Klum does this trick and that is to:-

a. Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth. (lengthens your neck)

b. Stick your chin out like a turtle

Both of these tricks do great things for a good selfie.

 

2. Slim your waist

Turn your body 45 degrees and put the hand that’s closest to the camera on your hip. This creates a triangle in between your arm and your waist. Next, put the other hand on your hip with that same triangle, and you’ll instantly slim your waistline.

3.  Shrink your hips

when your hips are closest to the camera they  looks bigger. Pushing your hips back makes them look smaller and will also tilt your shoulders forward, making you look a lot thinner.

4. Make that arm look taunt and terrific

Now this hint is a good one for me as I always think my arm looks like an arm of a Russian Wrestler.

When you let your arm hang down on your sides it flattens your muscles out and does not engage your muscles.

Use your shoulders to lift the arm facing the camera, and pull it away from your body to eliminate unflattering photos.

5. Elongate your neck.

Lowering your front shoulder elongates the neck and accentuates the way you’re posing your arms, hips, and face.

6. Slim and Accentuate Your Curves

This would be a bit difficult to do if you were taking a selfie but if you have one of those pole things you probably can.

If you are facing the camera tilt your body and bend knee in to make an ‘S’ shape it makes you look slimmer but curvy at the same time.

7. Get the best angle.

You will always look better if you have the camera looking down on you. Shooting down from a higher angle highlights all the other tricks and creates one of the most flattering angles.

If you are taking a selfie in public always check your background make sure there is nothing there or at least nothing happening in the back ground that could embarrass you or anyone else.

The best photo’s are the ones when you are the happiest so have fun, make some crazy shots and just be you.

Quick And Easy Exercises To Get Rid Of A Double Chin – Well Help Anyway

1.While standing, tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling.
2.Pucker your lips and “kiss the ceiling.”
3.Hold the kiss for five seconds.
4.Relax your lips and return your head to a neutral position.
5.Repeat this 15 times.

1.While facing forward, open your mouth wide.
2.Stick your tongue out slowly over a five count, until it is as far out as possible.
3.Return the tongue to your mouth over another five count.
4.Repeat this 10 times.

1.Tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling.
2.Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.
3.Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count.
4.Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position.
5.Repeat this 10 times.

1.While standing, drop your chin forward to your chest.
2.Slowly rotate your head to the right.
3.Hold your head for a five count.
4.Slowly rotate your head back down so that your chin is to your chest.
5.Continue to rotate your head to the left.
6.Hold your head for a five count.
7.Repeat this for 30 seconds.

1.While keeping a straight back, open your mouth as wide as possible.
2.Place the tip of your tongue against the backside of your bottom row of teeth.
3.Inhale through your mouth, and exhale while making an “ahh” sound.
4.Continue this for one minute.
5.Relax the mouth and tongue.
6.Repeat this once more.

1.While facing forward, carefully slap your lower jaw with the back of your hand, not too hard or too soft.
2.Repeat this careful slapping at a constant and regular pace for 30 seconds.

1.Making a “V” shape with your hand, place your thumb on one side of the jaw and the rest of your fingers on the other side.
2.Make sure your fingers are far back on the jawline, with the thumb and index finger in the same place as each other on opposite sides.
3.While holding your hand in place, press forward using your head and neck.
4.Hold for 30 seconds.
5.Relax the neck and hand.
6.Repeat this three times.

1.While laying face-up on a bed, allow your head to hang off the end.
2.Slowly lift your head up towards your chest while keeping the back and shoulders flat against the bed.
3.Hold for 10 seconds.
4.Very slowly return your head to its starting position.
5.Repeat this two times.
