Mistakes That Make Your Hair Look Thinner.

  1. Using the wrong brushes.

Having great hair has a lot to do with the tools you use on your hair especially the brushes.  “Flat brushes and metal brushes won’t give you as much tension when working with the hair as a boar bristle or mixed bristle round brush. Celebrity stylist and founder of Eva Scrivo Salon. ” Tension allows you to get a better grip to get lift and volume in the right places.”

There is a brush called Kent CSGL Ladies’ Thinning Hairbrush that has been  designed to use on hair for those with a thinning problem.51HoWsNO9uL._SL1000_

2. Your hair is just one all-over color.

Hair that is all the one color tends to make your hair look thinner
Add varied tones. Highlighting definitely adds depth to your strands.

3. The length locks could be weighing you down and make your hair look thinner.

Cut your hair short or mid length. If your hair is thinning, long hair will look a little stringy and wispy. Keeping it shorter is easier to keep it healthy.

4. Hair color too close to your skin color.

When you have a pale complexion and your hair is platinum it is inclined to make your hair look thinner. Add some varied colors to your hair to take that bland look away.

5. Dying your hair too dark.

If your hair is thinning and your hair is too dark it seem to make your part a little wider which gives the appearance of thinning hair. Put some varied shades to help give the appearance of thicker hair.

6. Be careful of the products you use on your hair

Oil- and silicone-based products lay heavy in the hair and tend to make it look thinner.

7. Hot Tools

Be so careful how often you use hot. Hot tools can damage the cuticle, promoting hair breakage.
Use a heat protectant before styling with hot tools to avoid scorching your hair.

8. Your cut is too blunt.

Have your hair layered as it gives your hair that thicker look.

9. Don’t over shampoo

Do not use shampoo every day. When you shower use just conditioner and say shampoo only once or twice a week. Avoid products with harsh detergents, like sodium lauryl sulfate, which can cause breakage.
When you suds up, don’t rub shampoo into the hair itself. Instead, gently massage it into your scalp and let it slide down through your locks.

10 Try a tinted hair spray.
Use a colored powder made specifically to disguise hair loss. These come with an applicator like the kind you use to apply eye shadow. Choose a shade that matches your roots. Apply the product lightly — tap the excess off the brush and dab it gently onto your scalp.

11. Don’t Tease.

Teasing seems like an easy way to give your locks a boost, but it can damage your hair and cause split ends and fly-aways.

Clean Up Your Lymphatic System

lymph system

Your lymphatic system rids your blood of waste, it is an extremely important process. Without it, your cells, tissues and organs would be overloaded with toxins and eventually the body creates a weakness in the immune system and the next thing you know you have a disease that can be quite serious . The only problem with the lymphatic system is that it doesn’t have its own pump; you have to stimulate its circulation. Here’s how:

1. Use a dry body brush: Start with your arms and legs and use long strokes, brushing towards your heart. Aim for five minutes before your morning shower.

2. Bounce on a rebounder: Vertical motion exercise smoothly opens and closes the lymphatic system’s one-way valves. Jumping on a rebounder, even gently, increases lymph flow by as much as 15-30 times.

3. Try lymphatic massage: This stimulates the lymph nodes and promotes fluid movement in lymph vessels.

4. Practise deep breathing: It oxygenates the lymphatic system, and moves fluid through it.

5. Eat clean: Foods for a top-notch lymphatic system include organic fruits and veggies, especially leafy greens for their detoxifying chlorophyll content. Essential fatty acids – found in flaxseed oil, spirulina, walnuts, almonds and avocadoes – are necessary for proper lymphatic function. Avoid preservatives, artificial sweeteners, refined grains, excess sugar, chemicals, and processed foods.

6. Drink up: The lymphatic system requires a constant supply of fluid, so chug a lug!

7. Move your ass: When your muscles move, they massage the lymphatic system and promote the flow of lymphatic fluid.
