Who Would Have Known Your Belly Button Is So Amazing😁

 

 

I learn something every day and this one surprised me as I had not heard of it before. This is so logical that the belly button should be the centre of all things healing.

According to Science the first part created after conception is the navel and after it is created it joins the mothers placenta via the umbilical cord.

Thats the first amazing thing. The second being all our veins apparently are connected to our navel. Guess that is why its the centre point.

The “pechora” is behind the navel and has more than 72,000 veins. According to the article to lower the temperature of babies a cotton swab with alcohol in the navel will do the job now we know that oil is better.

They say that applying oil in the navel heals dryness of eyes, poor vision, helps pancreas , hair etc etc.

For example: Neem oil for stubborn pimples and acne. Almond oil for glowing face. Mustard oil for intestines  to remove harmful bacteria.

This is a good one – Brandy soaked in cotton ball on your belly button to ease menstrual pain and cramps.

Thyme oil help lower blood pressure and ultimately stress.

Anyway there are heaps more of suggestions

Always make sure that the pure essential oils are in a carrier like olive oil, jojoba oil or even coconut oil

3.  The human brain cell can hold 5 times as much information as an encyclopedia. Your brain uses 20% of the oxygen that enters your bloodstream, and is itself made up of 80% water. Though it interprets pain signals from the rest of the body, the brain itself cannot feel pain.  

  • The brain uses about three times as much oxygen as muscles in the body do. 
  • Brain cells are very sensitive to decreases in oxygen levels and don’t survive or function well very long without it. 
  • The brain is made up of very special cells called neurons, and each of them can do the job of any of the other neurons in the brain.

a. Breathe easily and normally with your belly in a relaxed way. b. Breathe through your nose under normal conditions and not your mouth. c. Take short walks throughout the day. Foods for a beautiful belly

Eat More

1. Nuts and seeds– Macadamias are best, but almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pecans and peanuts are also good.

2. Oils – olive and canola oils are good, as are peanut and avocado oil.

3. Olives – Green ones are better than black ones.

4. Avocado– Denser Hass variety is twice as good as the bright green-skinned varieties.

5. Chocolate – dark and semi-sweet are rich in monounsaturated fats and high in antioxidants.

EAT LESS.

White rice (lower Gi varieties are better)
