Axe The Tax – Climate Changers

Yes I am a believer in looking after our environment. I do believe in recycling and composting. I believe we should be using way less plastic etc etc. It is all about educating. Educating our kids and adults in some cases. Pick up your rubbish, don’t just throw your plastic bottles in the gutter, keep the beaches clean so we have cleaner waters for our fish life. Also etc etc. But as for those who hold up traffic tie themselves to trees and stop people getting to work, screaming about climate change like crazy people you need to calm down its embarrassing.  Keep in mind  those who advocate it fly in private planes, live in mansions that consume enormous amounts of power that is not produced by the wind or sun. Totally hypocritical who  also stands to make a lot of money out of pursuing this. Don’t go taxing Carbon Tax on those who are not responsible for harming the environment eg Australians, New Zealanders and yes Americans.  Carbon taxing is penalizing the innocent for countries like China, India, and parts of Europe who will never in a million years try to improve the pollution that they are creating.

When I listen to this video and the letter from a journalist who works for the Courier Mail newspaper I though that their views were worth publishing.

If you don’t agree with Climate change or you do,  just listen to this video and read this article. It may make you think about what the media is trying to brain wash you about.

This should be compulsory reading in every school, every Parliament and every home.

Dissent is dying in ‘modern’ Australia

October 21, 2019 8:00pm

There are times when I feel like a stranger in my own country, the urge to scream in frustration all but overwhelming.

My problem is that I’m not a believer. I don’t believe in man-made climate change and shake my head in bemusement at the people who are presently running through the streets screaming “climate emergency.”

We now live in an age in which if something is said often enough by self-interested parties then it must be true. Anyone who attempts to voice a contrary view is howled down and branded a “denier.”

No one dares to be different. Such is the desperate need to be accepted and on-trend that we will happily go along with any point of view which will be favorably viewed by social media.

The intellectual laziness of the masses is as sad as it is tragic. We have become a nation of unthinking morons which unquestioningly accepts the views of self-anointed “experts”   without wondering if their shouted declarations that the end is nigh might just be driven by the urgent   need to justify their existence and get their hands on another research  grant.

To be a climate denier is to suffer  eternal damnation but it is perfectly fine to be a democracy denier as witnessed by the fact that there are large numbers of very noisy people who still can’t accept that Donald Trump is President of the United States and Scott Morrison   Prime Minister of Australia.

They weren’t supposed to win. How did this happen? Apparently the Russians rigged the US elections but how Morrison managed to end up in The Lodge remains a mystery. The man’s a Christian, for God’s sake, and doesn’t believe that the world is about to end. Go figure.

Nor do I believe that people who attempt to lie and cheat their way into the country should be allowed to settle here and struggle to understand why people like Minister for Home Affairs Peter Dutton is pilloried for doing what he is paid to do — protect our borders.

My  advice to those with bleeding heart tales who wish to live here? Get in the queue.

Admitting that you admire Dutton for his forthrightness is, of course, akin to confessing to devil worship and not something you would dream of doing in the company of strangers lest you be set upon and tarred and feathered.

I also have no time for the United Nations, a multi-billion dollar club which boasts among its members some of the great hypocrites and pontificators of our time and which seethes with corruption.

Australia Day is three months distant so the non-indigenous among us must ready ourselves to be branded as white supremacists celebrating a bloody invasion.

I don’t buy it. Instead of wasting energy moaning about historical wrongs, tackle the alcohol, drug and sexual abuse and poor parenting that   denies so many indigenous children a shot at a better life.

This is not a point of view that people publicly express because they know they will be denounced as being racists if they do so. So be it.

Christmas in also coming but don’t mention Jesus or the birth of Christ lest in so doing, you offend someone and that would never do.

I’ll  continue to live, then, in my own little offensive, racist, climate denier world but I’ve a feeling that I am not alone. Please feel free to    join me.

Interesting for Those Who Eat Copious Amounts Of Kale and Spinach💦

This information comes from the Web site of Dr Axe which incidentally is a brilliant website if you need information on many other health subjects. I believe his information to be correct and well researched.

It seems when you can and if you can afford it organic is the way to go. Rather frightening figures on the amount of fungicide and pesticide on the two vegetables that have been recommended to all of us for our good health. There are some that are not quite so contaminated with sprays which is also very interesting.

After reading this article I thought I would share and you may find it interesting enough to go to the site and get some more information on the subject.

This is of course when the Kangen water machine comes in handy as it has an acidic level of water that will wash most of the contamination away. Plus of course it has many other benefits if you like to go to http://lesleyvoth.kangendemo.com you will be able to find out all the benefits of this fantastic water machine. I believe all kitchens should have one. I know that some vegetables are sprayed from very early stages so are internal and cannot be washed away but at least the water machine will get rid of some of it especially tomatoes and some fruits.

Of course if it is’ GMOed ‘ then nothing washes that contamination away so Organic is the way to go

Kangen Water Machine in the Kitchen – Its A Must💦

Almost 70 percent of non-organic fruit and vegetable  samples tested positive for at least one pesticide. (In many cases, the numbers were much higher.) And get this: A single strawberry sample harbored 22 different pesticide and pesticide breakdown residues.

While spinach nutrition is loaded with calcium and vitamins, there’s one reason to always try to choose organic. Researchers found DDT, a neurotoxic insecticide banned in the U.S., in an alarming number of samples. (A whopping 40 percent of nonorganic spinach samples, to be exact.)

It is quite amazing that a lot of the pesticides found on fruit and vegetables in America are banned in other countries. The disturbing bit is that a lot of the pesticide regulations are outdated and do not violate the US laws.

Quote Dr Axe

So where possible and financially viable buy organic or biodynamic (which is the very best). Better still grow your own vegetables and fruit if that is at all possible.

Also where possible purchase the Kangen Water machine💦 – really, it has a great acid vegetable  washing cycle that literally washes away the pesticides. You are able to see the change in the water color and allows the fruit and vegetables to last longer.

To find out more  about the Kangen Water machine 💦 go to my website http://lesleyvoth.kangendemo.com if you are in Australia, or Davids website http://lifechanging-water.com USA or worldwide

Another thing to consider is that a lot of fruit and vegetables sold in the United States are GMOs, so choose organic to avoid GMO versions of these crops.

Happy eating💦

Achieve and Alkaline Body and be Healthy💦

To achieve an alkaline body which I may add is essential to good health you must have and alkaline lifestyle.

Green vegetables: kale, chard, beet greens, dandelion, spinach, wheat grass, alfalfa grass.

Non starchy vegetables – mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, radishes, cucumber,  broccoli, oregano, garlic, ginger, green beans, endive, cabbage, celery, zucchini and asparagus.

Raw Foods – life-giving foods – organic fruit and vegetables

Superfoods – maca root, spirulina, sea veggies, bone broth and green powder mixes that contain chlorophyll.

Healthy fats – coconut oil, MCT oil or virgin olive oil (fats found in wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef, cage-free eggs, nuts, seeds and organic grass-fed butter

Starchy plants – sweet potato, turnips and beets.

Plant proteins – almonds, navy beans, lima beans and most other beans

Most fruits –  Strangely enough, acidic fruits such as grapefruit and tomatoes don’t create acidity in the body. They do just the opposite and contribute to an alkaline environment. Citrus fruits, dates and raisins are all very alkalizing and may help prevent acidosis.

Apple cider Vinegar –  Strangely enough, acidic fruits such as grapefruit and tomatoes don’t create acidity in the body. They do just the opposite and contribute to an alkaline environment. Citrus fruits, dates and raisins are all very alkalizing and may help prevent acidosis.

Drink Alkaline water; – Now you know this is my favorite subject and write about it all the time. Now Dr Axe also is writing about the subject of alkaline water that is so necessary to optimal health like the food we eat :-

“According to the Water Research Center’s website, “The normal range for pH in surface water systems is 6.5 to 8.5 and for groundwater systems is 6 to 8.5.”  This means that there is a lot of variation when it comes to pH levels between different sources of water. When water has a pH level less than 6.5, it is considered “acidic, soft, and corrosive,” which means it may potentially leach metal ions such as iron, manganese, copper, lead, and zinc from aquifers, plumbing fixtures, and piping, plus contain certain toxic metals and have a sour taste. The best way to treat the problem of acidic (low pH) water is to use a neutralizer that raises the pH.

Evidence suggests that the ideal pH level of alkaline ionized water for long-term human consumption is between 8.5 and 9.5.  Alkaline water is just what it sounds like: water that is highly acidic, with a pH of between 9.5 to 11. Adding pH drops, lemon or lime, or baking soda to your water also boosts alkalinity. Distilled water is neutral, with a pH of 7.

Water filtered using a reverse osmosis filter is slightly acidic, with a pH level slightly lower than 7. Distilled water and filtered water may not be too alkaline, but as far as pH balance is concerned they are still a better option than tap water or purified bottled water that are more acidic.”

If you want to know more about Alkaline water go to my website and learn all about the Kangen Water Machine. It will change your health, your skin, and your life

Great Health Reasons to Go BareFeet

How often do most of us go without shoes. Maybe on the couch watching tv.
Research has found that walking bare feet has great health benefits for the body that has not been recognized.

1. Helps reduce inflammation: Experts on earthing and grounding believe that this practice can help improve circulation which means that the nutrition for your body improves and expels toxins. It has been observed that it also helps to reduce swelling.

2. Reduces Stress hormones – ‘One double-blind study that investigated the effects of earthing (going barefoot) on 58 healthy adults used conductive adhesive patches placed on the sole of each participant’s foot to read their electrical signals. The subjects were exposed to 28 minutes in the unearthed condition followed by 28 minutes with the earthing wire connected. Controls were unearthed for 56 minutes.

After earthing, about half the subjects showed “an abrupt, almost instantaneous change in root mean square (rms) values of electroencephalograms (EEGs) from the left hemisphere of the brain.” These changes are believed to signify positive changes and lower stress reactions.’ (Dr Axe).

3. Helps with sleep: – After earthing, (Barefoot) levels of cortisol are more in line with the natural rhythms of the earth and sun: There is higher cortisol early in the morning when we naturally need more to feel alert and awake, then they had lower cortisol at night-time when we need to unwind in order to fall asleep for the night.

4. Helps increase energy: – Earthing or Grounding helps fight the craving for low energy foods, sugar that result in more calories.

5. Can help lower back pain: – Research has shown that grounding the body to the earth altered measures of immune system activity and pain. Among the ungrounded men, there was an expected, sharp increase in white blood cells (sign of an inflammatory response) and greater perception of pain after exercise. Grounded men had only a slight decrease in white blood cells, indicating less inflammation and experienced shorter recovery times.

How To Start Earthing

There is nothing that beats ‘Earthing or Grounding” than simply going barefoot. The beach, mowing the lawn, climbing hills, sitting on a chair with bare feet on the ground, gardening barefoot, BBQ barefoot.

There are products that are sold that will help with earthing but none better than plain old barefoot.

There is an electrically charged bed that has been created and features silver wires that are connected to the electrical charge of the earth once plugged into an “earthing” port. They say it is almost like sleeping outside in the grass.

Anyway if you want to read more about this go to the website of DrAxe and it will be explained in detail
