This is interesting as if you are like me you walk a lot and sometimes a dog racing out to greet you can be a little scary. Often its just they are excited to see you but sometimes not so much. 3. If you see this label
a. A four-digit code beginning with a 3 or a 4 means the produce is probably conventionally grown. The last digits of the code represent the kind of the fruit or vegetable you are buying. For example, bananas are always labeled with the code of 4011.
b. If there are five numbers, and the first is “8″, then the product is genetically modified. The label on genetically modified banana (GE-genetically engineered of GMO) would contain the numbers 84011.
c. A five-digit number that starts with a 9 means the item is organic. Organic bananas are labeled with 94011.
EWG ( The Environmental Working Group) analyzed pesticide residue testing data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Food and Drug Administration to come up with rankings for these popular fresh produce items.

This incredible photo marks the end of Matador Torero Álvaro Múnera’s career. He collapsed in remorse mid-fight when he realized he was having to prompt this otherwise gentle beast to fight. He went on to become an avid opponent of bullfights. Even grievously wounded by picadors, he did not attack this man.
Torrero Munera is quoted as saying of this moment: “And suddenly, I looked at the bull. He had this innocence that all animals have in their eyes, and he looked at me with this pleading. It was like a cry for justice, deep down inside of me. I describe it as being like a prayer – because if one confesses, it is hoped, that one is forgiven. I felt like the worst shit on earth.”

The posture shown in the photograph is not one of a torero collapsing or expressing contrition; rather, it’s a common posture of (defiance), a bit of showmanship in which the torero indicates his total domination of the bull by taking up what appears to be a dangerous position in front of the animal’s horns. (Also, the quotation that accompanies the photograph was not spoken by Múnera; it is the work of Spanish writer Antonio Gala, who was not himself a torero.)
You have suddenly become nauseated, dizzy and weak. Don’t wait around and self diagnose. Is it a Stroke, Heart Attack, Vertigo? You cannot tell. If you think you are going to faint or blackout sit down so that you don’t hurt yourself if you fall.
a. Call 911 or the emergency number of the country you are in. (I think personally it should be the same number world-wide). Because this is not the case when you travel always take note of what the emergency number is in that country as you never know when you need it.
Unlock your front door. If you are fainting get on the floor and if possible call verbally for help.
b. If this happens while driving – Pull over to the side of the road and put on your flashers. Call 911 and do not get out of the car as you may get knocked over by a passing vehicle.
c. Emergency responder instructions – They will often place you in what they call ‘Recovery Position’ which is protection from hurting yourself if you become unconscious.
Arrange yourself in this position by lying on your side with your bottom arm extended out from your body. Bend your top arm 90 degrees and drape your top wrist over your bottom elbow. Drape your top leg over your bottom leg.
Organizing your limbs in this way will prevent your body from rolling into another position .
d. Extra Protection – If you have a chronic condition it pays to always keep your cell phone handy. Another protection for speedy attention, have your blood group written down or on an ID necklace or any drug that you may be allergic to. It could save your life.

This is one situation none of us ever want to be in. You think it wont happen to you but you can be blindsided by the unexpected at any place and time.
a. According to Steve Kardian director of the NY Defend University and former police detective “If it’s a robbery, give up the goods immediately.”
Do not challenge them. Treat it like a business deal.
Unless you think you are about to be shot do not go for the gun. Fake an illness like you are about to throw up or have a heart attack. Then get out of there as fast as you can
b. If you hear shots. ‘Believe it’ those shots are probably from a gun not a vehicle back firing. If you have only heart the noise but have not seen the shooter you still have time to run in the opposite direction.
If you have seen the shooter or worse he or she has seen you put something large between you and the shooter. A Car, a Wall, a Tree (large one) anything that will stop a bullet.
If you feel you must run ‘Zig Zag’ it will make it difficult to put you in the line of fire even for an expert.
c. Be Proactive – Plan ahead. If you have to pass through a dark area that gives you the creeps or walk to your car in a dark dingy car park, through a park that is not well-lit.
Make a plan, visualize where you can escape to. Work out an escape route just in case.
Your gut instinct plays a bit part so take notice of it and run like hell if you even suspect someone is following you.
