Papaya and Its health benefits


I have known about Paw Paw for years and used it daily as we always had them growing in our garden in Queensland. I believe them to be very healthy but the seeds taken with caution and moderation as they are quite powerful. Example is only 3-5 seeds twice a day depending on what ails you. The flesh of course is fantastic as a desert or eaten just because you feel like it. Nice with ice cream.

I used them for basically general health and was not aware of the danger of overeating them until now. But anyhow we are all still alive. But they are good for inflammation and well as your gut health which is so important to our every day health.
