We don’t run around in bare feet enough. We are either in our running shoes or off to work in our work shoes.The benefits of going bare are enormous and we need to do more of it. Earthing with the ground have so many health benefits that we are so not aware of.
I have read about this for years but never passed on the information till I read it on the Dr Axes website who I have great respect for his information. He confirms the information from many health guru’s.
