Now this is information I do need. According to research from the university of Wisconsin at Madison, next time you are hunting for your keys or that book or any object, say the word out loud. In the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggest there is hard evidence that Drinking one soda a day will increase the stroke risk by 16%. Soda sweeteners and caramel coloring may lead to artery damage.
Solution maybe – Have black coffee instead as it may slash your stroke risk.
