No Need To Overcook Vegetables Any More


I thought this was pretty cool. How often do we overcook our vegetables? I know my Mom used to so overcook cabbage. I think she used to boil it for 20 minutes till they were almost void of any green color. That was the thing to do in those days, before they knew about stir fry, where you only just cook the vegetables so they are still a little crunchy and still green and tasty.
