7 months ago I was having difficulty staying on top of my Type 2 diabetes. My blood glucose levels were 180 – 240+ on a regular basis, taking medication. My A1C was 8.1. I met a naturalist and learned some important benefits of Cilantro. I started using cilantro on a daily basis in my diet. I first did a toxic flush to cleanse my body. Every morning and night I take 1-bunch of cilantro and blend it with 12 oz. water and 1 large fresh squeezed lemon. I strain off the pulp and drink the green juice with my daily vitamins. Not only do I feel energetic but I no longer take Type 2 Oral medication. My blood-glucose levels have been from 69 to 163 on the average but without medication. Also my A1C has dropped to 6.9. Still high but improving. In addition, I have lost 35 lbs. A couple other things I did to help included cutting out white breads, sugars, diet sodas, and minimize red meats. Drink Cilantro and you will feel so much better.

It was a little tough at first but now I like the taste. Most recently Ihave started blending the whole lemon into the cilantro, instead of just squeezed juice. I will call the green drink Lemantro. I am experimenting with it because it has changed my life.
